Max was a stray wandering in my
neighborhood in Louisana. I picked
him up, tried to find his home and
then put him up for adoption through
Lafayette Animal Aid. Matted and
scared from his life on the streets,
we cleaned him up and now he has
a wonderful new home. Thank you

My Happy Handsome Hounds!
Sony. Rescued in New Jersey after being
badly abused. It took some time for him to
warm up to us. He is a mostly black Basset
with beautiful markings. He was meant to
be with us and now is the happiest of
hounds! We lost our brave little man to
bone cancer Aug 2009. Now he walks with
his friend Samantha at Rainbow Bridge

deformed. We took them in as fosters
but they quickly found a place in our

spa needs to have his long,
beautiful coat cleaned, brushed
and trimmed weekly to remain
perfect! The Shih Tzu breed can
be groomed in various coat lengths
depending upon the owners' desire
and commitment to brushing
